Bohui Machinery is the exclusive export agent of Hubei Fire Fighting Equipment Factory. Hubei Fire Fighting Factory is a designated factory for the production of fire trucks in the central and southern regions invested and built by the Ministry of Public Security in 1976. With more than 40 year’s development, the company has developed into a well-known company with production capacity of more than 70 varieties’ fire trucks, including water tanks and foam fire trucks, emergency rescue fire trucks, equipment fire trucks, Class A foam fire trucks, and dry powder foam combined fire trucks.

Factory Introduction

Hubei Fire Equipment Factory covers an area of more than 1100,000 square meters and a construction area of 300,000 square meters. The factory has more than 600 employees, including 10 senior engineers and 35 engineers. It has strong technical force and strong product development capabilities.

In May 2012, the fire truck expansion technical transformation project of Hubei Fire Equipment Factory was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission. The total investment of the project is nearly 100 million RMB. The project will build a new product research and development center, testing center, production workshop and other workshops of 11,848 square meters, and renovate the workshop of 11,232 square meters. Nearly 90 sets of advanced machining equipment such as large-scale laser cutting machines, milling planers, grinders, large-scale double-machine linkage CNC bending machines, and CNC ion cutting machines have been added; new and rebuilt paint production lines, fire truck parts assembly lines, and vehicle assembly lines and automatic detection line. The core competitiveness of the enterprise will be significantly enhanced, and the comprehensive strength will reach the advanced level in fire truck industry.

R&D Capability

Since the establishment in 1976, after more than 40 years of development, the fire trucks produced here have won national, provincial and ministerial science and technology awards for many times. In 1983, BG35 high and low pressure fire pump and BD42 single-stage centrifugal pump won the Golden Dragon Award for National Excellent Products and the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Achievements in Hubei Province; ; “Hanjiang” brand fire truck won the title of “Hubei Provincial Famous Brand Product” in 2007; Steyr King’s 8-ton water tank fire truck won the title of “National Machinery Industry Customer Satisfaction Product”;JP18 lift jet fire truck was listed as a national key scientific research project in 2010, and was awarded the “National Key New Product” certificate jointly issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Commerce, and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

Warranty Description

Under the condition that the user strictly follows the instruction manual and operates normally, within one year from the date of purchase of the vehicle (subject to the vehicle factory registration card), the driving mileage shall not exceed 25,000 kilometers, and if the product damaged due to design, manufacturing and assembly reasons, after the appraisal, the written information shall be submitted to us within three working days, and the three-guarantee service shall be implemented after the after-sales service department confirms.

The specific services are as follow:
✔ 1. Warranty period：up to one year or 30,000 kilometers, and free replacement of parts during the period. (Excluding wearing parts and electrical parts).
✔ 2. Lifetime warranty. For products beyond the warranty period, only the relevant cost will be charged for replacement parts.
✔ 3. Free training for operators:
—(1) Provide operation manuals and instructions for operators to learn theory and practical operation (video guidance);
—(2) Master the basic theory, performance and function of special vehicles;
—(3) Proficient operation according to the program;
—(4) Can carry out normal daily maintenance and eliminate general technical faults.
